I tried going back to my laptop to make sure it isn't the headset, and it pairs with the laptop just fine. The issue is, now for some reason it no longer detects HBS1100, but it does detect HBS1100_BLE just fine. I clicked remove device on HBS1100 and windows said 'Remove failed' after trying again it removed the device just fine. After installing the Bluetooth drivers, the list of paired devices from the laptop is still here, but it won't connect to any of the devices(not surprised). Having just finished building a new desktop I sys-prepped and cloned my laptops harddrive and booted that on my desktop. LG HBS1100_BLE and LG HBS1100 if you attempt to pair to the _BLE device windows says "something didn't work" however it pairs just fine to the other device. Usually(on my laptop) when the headset is in pairing mode it shows up as two devices. I tried searching for a driver on the HP site and couldn't find anything related to bluetooth? So I'm lost.I have an LG HBS1100 Bluetooth headset that I would like to pair with my PC. I also updated windows again to the latest version, and restarted my laptop like 100 times while doing all this hoping something would change. Just in case I updated some out-of-date drivers and tried finding it in the "add legacy hardware" option with no luck. So I went into Device Manager and there was no "Bluetooth" section to be found. I may be wrong but I do clearly remember having bluetooth prior to one night when my Windows 10 decided to update itself. So I follow that window to to a microsoft page that said I should troubleshoot in the settings, so I opened up bluetooth troubleshooting and it came up with "Device does not have bluetooth". I opened bluetooth in the settings and clicked "Add bluetooth or other device" and a window came up telling me I had to turn on bluetooth (I noticed there was no ON-OFF button in the settings or anywhere). But when I clicked "Connect" in the Windows10 notification area it just kept searching and nothing ever got found. So recently I got myself a pair of wireless headphones and I've been using them on my phone until today when I wanted to connect them to my laptop.
